Ngurlu Jukurrpa (meaning Native Seed Dreaming)

This Jukurrpa or Dreaming is associated with a place called Jaralypari where lukarrara, a species of Fimbristylis grass bearing edible seeds, flourishes in winter. The seeds are traditonally ground with stones to make flour then mixed with water to make small seed cakes.
